Exchange

For orders that have not yet been shipped, we do allow refunds and exchange.

General Returns (Non-Quality Issues)

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition as received.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Return Process

• Contact Support: Reach out to our support team with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
• Get Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.
• Ship the Item: Send the item back to our warehouse.
• Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
• Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days.

Requirement: Provide clear photos of both the product and the packaging.
